We reserve the right to accept or decline any order placed with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Such restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

In the event of an order cancellation or modification, we will promptly notify you via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping Timelines & 30-Business-Day Delivery Guarantee

Dopp & Carry offers complimentary 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and Canada, with no minimum purchase requirement.

• Order Handling & Processing Time: 2–6 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or observed national holidays are processed starting the next business day.
• Standard Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday) following carrier pickup and dispatch.
• Tracking Information: A dispatch confirmation email containing a live carrier tracking number is generated once your parcel is scanned by the shipping carrier.

30-Business-Day Non-Delivery Guarantee: If an order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the initial placement date, you are entitled to contact us at support@doppandcarry.com for an immediate cancellation and a 100% full refund to your original payment method, or a complimentary replacement parcel dispatched at our expense.

5. Returns, Refunds & Zero Restocking Fees

We stand behind the quality, durable materials, and thoughtful construction of every Dopp & Carry product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return terms are as follows:

• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the documented date of carrier delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and protective sleeves attached.
• Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 in restocking fees. There are absolutely no restocking charges assessed on eligible returns.
• Return Postage & Deductions: Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. For US returns utilizing our pre-paid return shipping label, a flat deduction of $6.95 USD will be subtracted from the refund solely to cover the carrier label postage ($0 restocking fee, $0 handling fee). International returns must be shipped tracked to our authorized US return facility at the customer's expense or subject to carrier-calculated label deduction. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for 100% free return postage covered by Dopp & Carry.
